Our Story
Hi I’m Henry and it all began when I studied abroad in the Netherlands. I lived in Amsterdam, biked the canal, joined a sailing association and fell in love with the Netherlands. Soon however my study abroad would end in only 6 months, how was I going to stay?
Luckily I heard of this DAFT visa for Americans with bare minimum requirements. However the information to actually navigate the process was obscure and I had to research 20+ websites to truly find the information required for receiving a DAFT visa. FYI, the correct and necessary information were not the IND’s (Dutch Immigration) website! Imagine the stress when I booked the flight to the Netherlands not sure I’d be able to get the visa! I did succeed in getting the visa and am now helping adventurous Americans settle by the beautiful Dutch country!
While the requirement for the DAFT Visa are minimum; navigating the Dutch Bureaucracy can be a nightmare, especially the requirement to have a Dutch mailing address before you even begin! Do not fret! Our team will guide you through it!
